LetsGather is an online booking platform for appointment-based businesses: salons, barbershops, beauty and nail studios, physio and small clinics, plus consultants, coaches and anyone running calls. You get one booking link, clients book themselves, and reminders do the chasing. For larger organisations, an Enterprise offering adds multi-site team scheduling, governance and an API.

What it does

• Bookings around the clock. Clients choose a time from your page whenever it suits them. No app to download.
• Fewer no-shows. Instant confirmations, reminders before each appointment, and optional deposits or full payment at booking.
• No double bookings. A taken slot disappears from the page, and appointments you add by phone or in person block time too.
• One to five people. Each team member has their own hours and services, and clients can pick who they see.
• Your brand, on their home screen. Your name, logo and colours, saved to the phone like an app, with nothing to publish to an app store.
• Remote appointments. Video (Google Meet or Zoom) or phone meetings, Google Calendar sync, and an embeddable iframe for your own website.
• Easy switching. Paste your current public booking page and the service list (names, lengths, prices) is imported for you to review and confirm.
• Multilingual. The site and booking pages are available in Portuguese, Spanish, English, Italian, French and Slovenian.

For organisations that schedule across many people, locations and systems, LetsGather runs booking for every member of staff and every site from one account.

• Multi-staff scheduling. One-on-one appointments, group sessions with shared capacity, collective events that need several staff at once, and round-robin distribution across the team.
• Teams, roles and locations. Teams with role-based permissions, multiple storefronts under a single account, your own custom domain, and analytics on bookings, revenue and staff performance.
• Platform and integrations. REST API access, webhooks for booking events, partner OAuth to embed scheduling in your own product, and single sign-on.
• Data governance.
• Support. Priority support, a dedicated success manager and an SLA.
