SurfacedBy tracks how AI assistants talk about a brand. It asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode the questions a brand’s buyers ask, with Claude, Grok and DeepSeek available as add-ons, and records which brands each answer names, which pages it cites, and where a competitor gets the recommendation instead.

The result is one number from 0 to 100, the AI Visibility Score, backed by the real answers behind it. A Daily Check catches movement between runs, and a weekly Full Check covers every platform on the plan.

Beyond the dashboard, SurfacedBy drafts the work that closes a gap, and nothing ships until someone approves it:

• Content. Research-backed briefs and drafts aimed at the citation gaps, with one-click publishing to WordPress or Shopify.

• Citations and sources. Every page AI cites, classified by type: Reddit threads, review sites, best-of listicles, documentation.
• Competitors. Found from real AI answers, each with a summary of its strengths, weaknesses and openings.
• Brand themes with sentiment. How AI describes the brand on themes such as price, support, speed and quality.
• AI content readiness. Each Full Check audits up to 250 of the brand’s pages for how easily AI can understand and cite them.
• AI traffic and revenue. Visits sent by AI assistants, tied to signups and sales, installed with a WordPress plugin, a line of code or a Cloudflare Worker. Google Search Console and Google Analytics connect alongside.

For teams and developers

Workspaces carry owner, admin, editor and viewer roles, and agencies keep each client in its own workspace with its own billing.
