Refund Policy
Thank you for being part of the GBTI Network. This page explains how membership billing, cancellation, and refunds work. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
Membership and billing
- Membership starts with a 90-day, limited-access trial of the community. No payment card is required for the trial.
- Paid membership is $150 USD per year, billed through Stripe, our payment processor. GBTI does not store card details on its own systems.
- Your annual membership renews automatically unless you cancel.
Refunds
- The trial is free, so there is nothing to refund.
- You can cancel a paid membership at any time, which stops the next renewal. You keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
- Except where required by applicable consumer law, fees already paid for the current membership period are non-refundable. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us and we will review it.
Canceling your membership
You can manage or cancel your membership from your account page, which links to the Stripe billing portal for the email address you signed up with. Canceling stops future renewals; you are not charged again after you cancel.
Support
Membership covers access to the community and to the perks described on the membership page. Direct product support is not guaranteed. Members can ask for help in the community, and helpful documentation ships with many products. Supplementary development services may be available through third-party agencies, where you can request a free estimate for work the GBTI team does not schedule.
