Announcing Topcoat: a framework for building full-stack reactive web apps with R
From the member
gbtilabsTopcoat is a new batteries-included Rust framework for building server-rendered, reactive web applications, combining async components, client-side interactions without WebAssembly, asset management, and customizable UI components. Its creators argue that AI-assisted development is making Rust more practical for mainstream web apps, while positioning Topcoat as a higher-level complement to Axum focused on productivity, locality of behavior, and reduced boilerplate.
